H&M is embarking on another search for inspiring young changemakers through its Role Models initiative, aimed at elevating and empowering kids who are making a difference in their communities and the world.
The global Role Models initiative was created by H&M in 2021 to champion young voices and support them in their endeavours to grow a community of change.

Recognising kids and their creative minds as a true force of change, Role Models aims to empower kids to tell their stories, inspire others, and provide them with access to resources for bigger and more long-lasting impact.

Whether they are recyclers, creators, kindness crusaders, or innovators, a Role Model is defined by their active efforts to improve the world around them. H&M encourages all types of positive activities, regardless of scale, and is committed to supporting any cause that contributes to a better future.
