A LIFELESS BODY OF A 10 YEAR-OLD BOY FOUND IN A SWIMMING POOL AT GA-KGAPANE

The lifeless body of a 10 year old boy was found deep down in a swimming pool at a lodge in the Kgapane area. This incident took place on Saturday 09 March 2024 at about 14h00.

According to the information received from the father of the deceased Mr Mabeba. The deceased Fentse Jones Mokumo (10) was with other six children to celebrate their uncle’s birthday at a local lodge in the Kgapane area.

At about 14h00 it was noticed that one of the children was missing. They looked for him at all corners of the lodge without any success. Then at about 16h30 they called the parents of the deceased that the boy is missing. The search for the boy continued up until it was dark.

At about 18h30 the security went to search for the boy at the pools and found the lifeless body deep down the water in a pool.

The Police were summoned to the scene, Limpopo Emergency Medical Services attended the scene and the boy was certified dead. Perfect Radio News was called by the parents of the deceased.

Today, Wednesday 13 March 2024, the postmortem results indicated that it was a normal death.

The deceased Fentse Jones Mokumo was a grade 5 learner at William Kgatla Primary school and his funeral is arranged for this coming Saturday at GaKgapane, Itieleng village.
