Jijiji Is Making A Big Comeback With An Interesting Xitsonga Traditional Music Album

Rhulani Machimana popularly known as Jijiji within the music circles; hails from the dusty streets of Joppie Village under N’wamitwa Traditional Authority. Jijiji is not a new name within the music industry, he has worked with Tzaneen Music Industry’s key players in past, the likes of Dj Gibbz, Sunco Vision, Dj Ishmo Ramalepe, Justine Time, Sweet Rain, Tour Masters and the late Gogo One Love just to mention a few.

Jijiji is ready to take his place in the spotlight. This fresh talent has all the right audio alliances and styles which pulls together Disco elements and Xitsonga Traditional Music into floor shaking masterpieces.

If the past is anything to go by, expect big things from this amazing Artist/ Song writer/ Producer/ Performer/ Vocalist/ Engineer. Jijiji has never dreamt of doing anything else with his time besides making not only music; but good music. Jijiji is one of the three founders and composers for the group “Tour Masters” which comprises of Dj Gibbz, Dj Gigigi, Dj Schillachi & Dj Andrew.

At a tender age, Jijiji has managed to produce music for other artists and his crew. His unpredictable musical ability saw him team up with Xitsonga Traditional Music producer Witness Mtileni who is popularly know as Xindendefu. Together with Xindendefu, Jijiji featured Nurse Matlala, Kulani NwaXigombe and Jeff Baloyi aka Xindende on his upcoming album titled “Xingelengele”. It was Recorded at TMI studios with hit songs like ‘Mosadi’, ‘Xingelengele’ and ‘Mokgadi’ among others.

Jijiji is inspired by the likes of Dr Joe Shirimani, Brian Bomba, Xindendefu, Benny Mayengani, Mthimbane, Daniel Brothers, Dj Gibbz, Black Coffee, Revolution and Oskido among others.
