Man robbed R27000 in Tzaneen CBD





TZANEEN- Cash amounting to R27000 was robbed at gun-point from a 48 years old man by two unidentified criminals at Agatha Street in Tzaneen Nesta shop’s loading zone on Thursday, April 1.

According to the complainant, one of the two suspects pointed him with a gun, walked him to the Game store passageway where they searched him and took R27 000 (twenty-seven thousand Rands only) which he was going to use to buy refrigerated stock at Nesta shop and sell to his passageway his village Dzumeri.




The two African male youths fled on foot using the passageway leading to game stores.
No shots were fired and no injuries were sustained by the victim.

The suspects are not yet arrested. A case of Armed robbery had been opened at Tzaneen Police Station and an investigation is underway.
