Brighter Future Ahead For Slim Chance from Xihoko Village

Obby Serekele, popularly known as Slim ChancE, the vernacular rapper, songwriter and a producer hails from the dusty streets of Xihoko Village outside Tzaneen, Limpopo.

Slim ChancE is influenced and propelled by a lot of indigenous music, Tsonga Rap Music and he has the passion to penetrate the Music Industry in his Native Language (Tsonga). He is master behind the hit “Pfulani Sekele” which he features his fellow crew OR Records and Entertainment.




Slim ChancE started his music career in 2013 and has so far made a name for himself within Tzaneen Music Industry; collaborated with the likes of Mthimbani, Drenolda and Crazy Boy Magaraba among others.

Most of his songs have been playlisted on several local Radio stations like GTFM, GCR FM, Hlanganani FM and DBGFM among others. He has performed alongside well known Xitsonga Traditional Music President Benny Mayengani, Musiphani’s trailblazing Afro Soul Duo Daniel Brothers, Ninety8, Xphola and many other contemporary relevant musicians.




Slim ChancE recently dropped his debut album titled “Swa Ni Fanela” which comprises of 15+ songs and it is doing well on the market. The album is available at online music platforms for R59.99.
