The court heard that on Sunday 09 July 2023, the accused called his girlfriend, Patricia Sete to visit him at the Willows village under Hoedspruit policing area.

The deceased left with her 14 year-old daughter from their residence at Ga-Mamaila village after she was told to come and collect grocery for her son who was at an initiation school. Upon their arrival, Isaac did not provide the grocery as promised but requested a 14 year-old daughter to go back to Ga-Mamaila village the very same day and he remained with her mother.
