Warrant Officer Masingi’s career is a testament to hard work and perseverance. Starting as a Constable at Witpoort Police Station on 01 July 2004, she quickly rose through the ranks, thanks to her remarkable leadership, tactical acumen, and ability to adapt under pressure.

By 01 December 2024, her dedication saw her being promoted to Vispol Commander at Rankinspass Police Station Waterburg District

Her diverse roles within SAPS have equipped her with a unique skill set. From serving as Social Crime Prevention Coordinator at Mokopane Police Station to Waterberg District Communication Officer and OPAM Coordinator, Warrant Officer Masingi’s experience is vast and varied.



Each role has contributed to her becoming the Acting Station Commander of Rankinspas in 2025 where she now oversees daily operations and ensures the safety of the community.

Warrant Officer Masingi’s thirst for knowledge is insatiable. She earned a National Diploma in Public Relations from the University of South Africa in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science. Her commitment to continuous learning is a cornerstone of her leadership.

Beyond her professional achievements, Warrant Officer Masingi is a dedicated family woman who values work-life balance. She makes it a point to spend quality time with her family and advocates for physical training sessions for her team, believing that a strong body supports a strong mind. This philosophy is a key aspect of her leadership approach.

Her leadership is built on mutual respect, responsibility and effective communication. Warrant Officer Masingi believes that respect is earned through how one treats others, taking responsibility for one’s actions and being willing to consult others when needed. Her unwavering commitment to her personnel exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding leader.




Her advice to peers is both simple and profound: remain humble, dedicated, available, and always willing to go the extra mile and maintain a clear vision. Notably, she also served as the Public Relation Officer for the Waterberg District, Provincial Women Network, in the past financial year, showcasing her dedication to her community and professional excellence.
