Manhunt launched for suspects who abducted and killed a man in Makaepea Seleteng

The Lebowakgomo Police have launched a manhunt for the suspects who allegedly abducted and killed a man estimated to be 30 years old at Makaepea Seleteng Ga-Mphahlele, Capricorn District on Sunday, March 03, 2024.

According to the reports, police received a complaint from a passerby about a dead body in the bushes. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man lying face down on the ground with injuries to his upper body. He was dressed only in grey trousers.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the emergency services.

It is alleged that the victim was abducted on Saturday, March 02, 2024.

The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, condemned the incident and ordered an intensive manhunt for suspects.

The police investigation is still ongoing.
