A LIFELESS BODY OF AN UNKNOWN WOMAN FOUND ALONG R36 GA-MORABA VILLAGE

The Police in Leboeng are investigating a case of murder, this is after a lifeless body of an unknown woman was found along R36 at Ga-Moraba village, on Thursday , 25 January 2024 in the morning.

According to information, the Police were notified by a passerby about the body of a woman lying along R36. Upon visiting the scene, the victim was found bleeding on the nose, and she was wearing blue reflective trousers (mining trousers), black T-shirts, and boots.

Emergency services were also activated, and the woman was certified dead on the scene. She is currently unknown, and estimated to be about 50 years old.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the woman was dragged from the near bushes to the road. The motive behind the incident is currently unknown.

The Police opened a case of murder for further investigation.
