SAPS HLOGOTLOU SEEK PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY UNKNOWN DECEASED MALE PERSON DISCOVERED IN THE BUSHES

The Police in Hlogotlou have registered an Inquest docket following the discovery of lifeless body of an unknown male person in the bushes on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

According to the information available at this stage, it is alleged that on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at about 15:00, a livestock shephard discovered a lifeless body of an unkown male person in the bushes between Dindela and Thabaleboto villages in Sekhukhune District.

The Police were summoned to the scene, upon arrival they found a lifeless body of unkown male person with estimated age between 30 and 40 years lying on the ground half naked with his pants on the knees and a green bag labeled TJ LS Trichadt next to him.

It is reported that through crime scene inspections, no visible injuries were found on the body. The police found in his bag some clothes and two packs of tablets with package written the prescription in Isindebele language that were dispensed from Goedgedacht clinic which is approximately 2 kilometers away from the scene.

Circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated and no element of crime detected at this stage, pathological investigation results will determine the cause of death.
