We will not be doing justice if we do not mention his role as Sbusiso on Generations. We all remember the times when we would rush home from work or wherever so that by the time Generations comes on we are sited and ready to be entertained gone are those days though.

During those times Menzi played Ngamla, an alcoholic father and husband who was married to Ntombi. He had a gay son Senzo whom he did not approve of.

4) Judas Ngwenya on Isibaya

The last iconic role he portrayed before his untimely death was that of Isibaya’s Judas Ngwenya for four seasons. He played the role of a ruthless and heartless taxi driver who had no problem in killing whomever got in his way. The Ngwenya’s and the Zungu’s were always at war and the war led to the death of Thandeka Zungu’s life, played by Nomzamo Mbatha. The war between the Ngwenyas and Zungus was an unending battle and things went south when Juda’s daughter fell in love with Jabulani Zungu. Judas could not let go of his hatred of the Zungu and at the end died at the hands of his son who killed for killing his wife.
