Tzaneen is a large tropical garden town situated in the east of Mopani District in Limpopo Province, South Africa.

Tzaneen is situated in a highest mountains of Magoebaskloof, and in a high rainfall fertille region with tropical.

The Greater Tzaneen is the second biggest town in Limpopo after Polokwane. It is one of the cleanest towns in South Africa and Africa at large. Tzaneen is the beautiful town in South Africa, not only Limpopo and  is the most richest place in the world with Agriculture.

Tzaneen produce:

* 48% of South Africa’s Avocados through Westfalia.
* 45% of Mangoes through Zabana.
* 50% of Bananas through Banana 4 Africa.
* 55% of Oranges through Letaba Estate Farms.
* 90% of Tomatoes through ZZ2 and other farms making our country the world’s 10th largest tomatoes producer.
* 85% of Pine trees and Bluegum trees in Makgoebaskloof making our country the world’s 15th largest producer.
* 65% of Chicken’s productions in our country through Tzaneen Rainbow Chicken Farm and Bushvalley Poultry Farm making our country biggest Chicken Producer in Africa.
* 25% of Beef through Harmony Cattle Farm Ofcalaco.
* 30% of Meal through Venbeck.
* 35% of Tea through Sapikwa.

The name Tzaneen has managed to unite all people of the town despite their different cultural backgrounds. Tzaneen is just a geographical name.

Population of Tzaneen is about +-799 780 people (Tsongas, Balobedus, Pedis, Whites, Arabs & Asians and Coloureds).
