My son didn’t kill Senzo Meyiwa





Renowned South African Music Producer says if he believed his son killed the late football star, he would have handed him over himself.

Slain footballer Senzo Meyiwa’s cousin, Siyabonga Miya still believes Longwe is responsible – Chicco says his son is innocent and this matter is one that hurts.

Renowned music producer Chicco Twala stands by his son and pleads his innocence. Chicco refuses to believe his son had anything to do with the murder of Senzo Meyiwa.




Chicco’s son has said to have been involved in the murder of footballer Senzo Meyiwa. Chicco expressed that if he thought his son had anything to do with it that he would have taken him to jail himself.

The late footballer’s cousin, Siyabonga Miya spoke to Bongani Bingwa on Wednesday. Siya believes Longwe Twala was the one who took his cousin’s life and nothing will change his mind.

Chicco expressed his views on the matter and stuck by the fact that he believes, without doubt, that his son is innocent. Chicco explained that Longwe and Senzo were friends and that there is no way he would have ever harmed him in any way.




The boys grew up together and were like family. “He says if he believed that his son killed the late soccer star, he would have taken his son to jail himself.” “If my son killed Senzo, I would have been in jail and killed him myself. I would send him to jail myself.” Says Chicco

Chicco Twala is livid with his son, Longwe Twala, for allegedly stealing a cellphone. The legendary producer was captured on video telling police that he wishes Longwe had been the one who killed Senzo Meyiwa so that he could rot in jail.




Senzo Meyiwa: Footballer’s family reveals who they think shot him. The incident occurred at Diepkloof Police Station when Chicco handed Longwe over to the police for the alleged theft.
